Terms Of Service
I. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after payment.II. I reserve the right to refuse any request and sever further communication for any reason without negotiation.III. Payment for the work is to be submitted either in full or in installments* before the project's completion.IV. Circumstances may arise that may hamper or entirely stop my ability to produce artwork.V. Complex characters with specific or unusual details or design characteristics can cause an increase in cost.VI. Any retroactive changes, updates, or corrections may incur additional charges at my personal discretion.VII. I fully intend for every piece of art I produce to be uploaded publicly, shared, edited, and used by myself at my personal discretion.IIX. I will work to complete artwork as quickly as possible and communicate heavily, but I do not, under any circumstances, tolerate being rushed to complete.
- For installments, a deposit must be transferred before the project starts. The deposit amount is at my discretion, can be negotiated but never wholly waived.-Terms for anonymizing and/or privatizing artwork can be negotiated but may incur additional charges.
